Group packages start at $45.00 per person per night including taxes to $175.00 per person per night depending on food and room package options.

The Bug has an unbeatable setting in a forest grove above a gorge with campus style, well maintained facilities and amenities for groups.

Groups leave and let us know we'll be seeing more of them! It's the atmosphere, food, clean, quality facilities, staff, rooms, classes, activities, tours & location. We have hosted friend and family reunions, outdoor adventure groups, sport groups, weddings, company seminars and retreats, educational groups, scientific workshops, sales presentations, classes, etc.

What our visitors tell us

"Ms. Scates has a genuine passion and talent for her work. She combined a seriousness of purpose with a playfulness that hit just the right tone for our event. There was much laughter during the retreat, and the execisesand physical activites were greatly enjoyed. She was at every moment professional, empathic, and responsive to the mood and reactions of the group. She was a pleasure to work with in planning: she was highly flexible but came well prepared with content. I would highly recommend Ms. Scates."
Sang-ick Chang MD

"What bliss to be clean and so well fed after two days on the River. We'll be back soon; this is a great place!"

"The group from Hollister thanks you for a nice stay and enjoyed the thrill of the mountain lion!"
Lisa, Sara, Katie, Tricia and kids from Grace Bible School, Hollister

"All we learned about Yosemite we learned here at the Bug: Don't wander off trails, contemplation of the meaning of life before jumping into the swimming hole, take shoes with good traction, put on sun block, great food doesn't need to be served at a five star restaurant (terrific food generous portions at a reasonable price, what more can one ask for?), paved roads are so unappreciated, friendly people live/vacation here!"
Angel & friends, Los Angeles

"This place isn't a hostel, it's a resort!"
J o Stackhouse and Outdoors Program group, Northridge State University
